TIMOTHY CHEN
Executive Director
Timothy is the Executive Director of ICP Group and Asia Research & Innovation Alliance. He has a good balance of investment management and entrepreneurial experience over the past 16 years in the various industries of investment banking, private equity investment, and venture building of startups and growth companies.
Over the past 10 years, He has successfully exited 2 private companies and won business awards in the region, whilst in the earlier part of his corporate life, He contributed over $500 million to the bottom line of the blue chip corporate entities.
Expertise in investment banking, asset management, digital innovation, venture building, technology investments, digital banking and general management.
RAYMOND LIM
Program Director
Raymond is the Vice President of Finance and Compliance at Lifetrack Medical Systems. A Finance leader with deep experience in setting up or improving processes, implementation of new tech for finance and administrative functions, and creating relevant reporting framework for key decision making.
He had worked in 7 different industries with success, from major listed companies to startups. He understands how businesses tick and now focuses on helping startups successfully navigate the scale-up phase, not just on financial stewardship but also in terms of organisational culture development.

DR KAREN WAI

Karen is the Chief Mentor of ICP Innovators Commercialisation Program and the Managing Director of KW Advisory. She has 15 years of experience as Operations Management Executive in clinical service organizations with expertise in P&L, optimizing organizational processes and building capabilities in Asia and Europe. She is a Medical leader with strong business acumen, and an expert in clinical practice and pharmaceutical industry.
An award winning Clinical Research Strategist with an exceptional track record of identifying and acting on areas for improvement, conceptualizing and implementing solutions.

The Centre for Innovation in Healthcare (CIH) forges partnerships with healthcare professionals, scientists, engineers, academics and industry partners to lead the adoption of innovations in health and healthcare delivery.
CIH also actively facilitates inter-disciplinary research, innovation, and enterprise across science, engineering and other disciplines and provides a one-stop ecosystem to test bed solutions including new devices, technologies and work processes, at scale.

PROF MARK CHANG
Expert Mentor
Professor Mark Chang is the Chief Information Officer and Board Director of Yonglin Healthcare Foundation, and is in the executive management team of many startups of Foxconn Health Technology Business Group. He also serves as an expert committee member of two review boards in Taiwan's Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Health and Welfare. Professor Chang got his doctoral degree in Bioinformatics and Biomedical Engineering from University of Oxford.
In his early career, he was an interdisciplinary researcher and principal investigator of Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute, Institute for Information Industry, and Taipei Medical University in medical device, digital health, and precision medicine for more than 15 years.
LARISA NAGRA

Larisa is a Senior Life Sciences leader with over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and CRO industry in Asia. She has built and led large diverse teams of over 500+ spanning from India to Japan including Australia/New Zealand. A strong entrepreneurial leader that has opened new offices, set footprints in new countries, introduced new customer pools, initiated and implemented new strategies and built brands to attract high caliber talent. Experienced in running different delivery models, working in a matrix environment with global and regional stakeholders including government, hospitals and patient advocacy groups. Her business acumen and focus on operational excellence has turned non-profitable business into profit making high growth vertical. As a pioneer in the Asia clinical research space – She has continuously contributed in the development and setting up of regulatory guidelines and industry standards. At global level- as a Board member of the Drug Information Association – advocated for India and Asia.
KRIS WADIA

Kris Wadia is a global C-Suite executive with a proven track record of business launches, growth and operational transformation in Asia. Whilst at Quintiles, he created the world's first Clinical Global Delivery Network of 7,000 clinical trial professionals across 5 countries. Private Equity and Venture Capital providers consult him for their Life Sciences, Healthcare and Technology portfolio decisions. Keng is a Vice President of Business Development at Yourgene Health, and Chief Commercial Officer of APAC. He is experienced in business development and partnership, he has been working specifically with companies in the Molecular Diagnostics, laboratory partnership or kit development capabilities for their know-how, to help them grow their businesses via sales channel.
He has been working with the company that supplies genetic testing kits, in the area of reproductive health and Oncology who supports laboratories globally in 60 countries.

She now holds the dual role of Vice President of Global Sales Operations and Vice President of Commercial Operations, Asia Pacific for Marken.
